I was inspired by Fogias slogan «Handmade furniture shows it`s true face decades later», which made me think of quality, something that lasts and become more beautiful in time. I looked into handcrafts and building traditions in Scandinavia, in the search for the essence of scandinavia. Among my findings was joinery, log technique, corn fields and fishing. I wanted to implement this in my concept. The concept is named "Breathe" which builds on the dream of a house in the countryside, a place surrounded by nature, a retreat where you stress down and take a deep breath and just breathe.
